Need: Extend ecosystem of 250+ decentralized storage startups from Web3 into Web2, to pursue larger market opportunity.
Approach: Founder training and support to pursue enterprise accounts.
Results: Partnerships with large enterprise (e.g. Meta) and a 200% increase in developer ecosystem.
Corporate Spinoff

Company: Stanford Research Institute (SRI), largest blue sky R&D lab in the United States.
Need: Spin-out technology from a R&D Lab with 2K researchers and over $500M in revenue.
Approach: Identified customer needs from US government and corporations, found researchers in the lab and created founder training program to spin-out companies.
Results: Created spin-off ventures, including Siri, which was acquired by Apple for over $200M.
Company Scaling

Company: NEAR, $BN web3 ecosystem and platform.
Need: Help graduates of NEAR’s incubation program get investors and customers.
Approach: Developed program of customer interviews to ensure startups had higher chance of achieving Product Market Fit and customer traction. Advised founders on how to secure capital through a program of education and hands on support.
Results: Increase in the number of startups that got funding from leading VC firms.
